River Merfolk and Fisherman

Some concepts for a fisherman of a village by a large river. This river also has its fair share of fantastical inhabitants like Merfolk and river imps. Merfolk are child sized creatures that live in large groups of workers and have a queen...though no one has ever seen one.
River imps are humanoid creatures that scavenge carcasses and lure children to drown.
